01 What we do
COINS isn’t just another ERP. It’s the system that runs the financial, commercial and operational backbone of UK construction – and the people who know how to make it sing are a finite, well-networked community. We’ve been part of that community for over ten years.
We recruit across the full COINS ecosystem:
02 Module specialisms
We place professionals across every part of the COINS estate. Below are the four module families where we see the highest demand – each with a dedicated career pathway and live roles.

COINS careers tend to follow one of two routes – and we recruit across both. Whether you're early in your career and weighing up the options, or already deep in and thinking about your next step, the pathway pages below set out what good progression looks like.
06 About Rainford Berry
Rainford Berry was founded in 2006 by Ian Berry, an experienced recruiter who’d spent years building relationships across the UK construction industry. Two decades later, Ian and Marie Berry still run the consultancy directly. When you call us, you’ll speak to one of them.
We’re a quality-led consultancy, not a volume desk. We’re corporate members of the REC and abide by their Code of Conduct. We work closely with a relatively small number of clients and candidates, building real relationships over years rather than transactions over weeks.
That approach is what’s made us the COINS recruitment partner of choice for clients ranging from Heathrow and major Tier 1 contractors to growing regional housebuilders and the COINS partner network itself.
08 Employers & candidates
Most agencies will send you a stack of CVs and let you sort it out. We won't. Before we put a candidate in front of you, we've spoken to them properly, understood what they're looking for, and made sure the brief actually matches.
We've placed COINS professionals at every stage of their careers – and we keep in touch with most of them long after the placement. Whether you're actively looking or just want to understand what's out there, we'll give you a straight answer.
09 Questions
COINS (now trading as Access Coins Evo) is the leading construction-specific ERP system used across UK contractors, homebuilders and the wider construction industry. The system is genuinely specialised, the user base is relatively small and well-networked, and the talent pool is finite – which means generic recruitment doesn’t work. A specialist recruiter who already knows the people, understands the modules, and has relationships across the COINS ecosystem will deliver better hires faster.
We recruit across the full COINS career ladder, from COINS Support Analysts at the entry level through to COINS Consultants, Project Consultants, Application Specialists, and Heads of Business Systems. We work across all the major modules – Financials, Commercial (CVR/VAP), Procurement, and the Homebuilder suite.
Both. Many of our COINS Consultant placements are contract or interim, particularly at the senior end where day rates of £500–£700 outside IR35 are typical. Permanent placements are common at every level.
Salary varies by level and module. As a guide, COINS Support Analysts typically earn £36k–£48k, ERP Analysts £45k–£60k, Application Specialists £55k–£70k, and senior COINS Consultants £55k–£75k. Contract day rates for senior consultants typically range £500–£700 outside IR35. We keep this benchmark up to date – get in touch for the latest data on your specific role.
Across the UK. While our office is in Weybridge, Surrey, we place COINS roles in London, the South East, the Home Counties, the Midlands, the North West, Yorkshire and beyond. Most COINS roles are now hybrid, which has widened the geography considerably.
We’ve worked closely with COINS for more than ten years and are publicly endorsed by their CEO. We are not part of COINS or Access – we’re an independent recruitment consultancy – but the relationship gives us unusually good visibility into both sides of the COINS ecosystem.
