An Application Support Consultant – COINS Software, is required for an independent consultancy which specialises in providing expert advice and support to companies using COINS – the UK’s leading finance / ERP software for the Construction and Homebuilding industry. Suitable candidates for this position will either have experience of supporting or using COINS, or of providing support for another finance (accounting) or ERP software.
The new Application Support Consultant – COINS Software will be joining a busy, growing team and will act as the first point of contact for COINS customers who require assistance with COINS related queries. His or her focus will be to resolve these queries in a timely and efficient manner or to accurately redirect the queries that are outside their capability. Excellent customer service skills are required for this role, as it will involve continuous communication via telephone and email with customers.
