Ian has worked in recruitment since 2004 and done so within the built environment for around twenty years. Prior to this, Ian owned businesses in temporary structures and facilities management. These endeavours gave him a real appreciation for the absolute importance of great people to a company’s success. The built environment provides so many challenges; fantastic people enable an organisation to win.

Having worked initially in theatre, Marie then carved out a career in aviation in the United States. Having returned to the UK, Marie joined the business in 2007. Marie combines her role as Office Manager with research responsibilities, where she applies her determination and approachable manner to deliver high-quality resourcing outcomes.
