Xpedeon provide world class software solutions to the construction industry.  With an excellent product, which is logged into by thousands of users every day, the company is extremely keen to leverage its success by engaging seriously capable, new business sales professionals to drive growth.  The New Business Sales Executives will already have significant experience in software sales, ideally within construction or associated verticals.  They will be able to point to strong track records of sales success.

Additionally, they will have had significant experience of selling ERP solutions into companies of varying sizes, including Tier 1 enterprises.  Further, they will have a great understanding of, and ability to deliver, the full sales process – from lead generation to closing.  The New Business Sales Executives will take part in marketing initiatives such exhibitions and will, of course, be adept at delivering excellent and compelling presentations.

In return, Xpedeon offer a generous basic salary and commission structure as well as the opportunity to be part of the company’s explosive growth.  Managerial opportunities are anticipated to arise from these appointments.   

Selected Requirements and Accountabilities of the New Business Sales Executive

  • Ideal candidates need to be able to demonstrate a real desire to succeed, as Xpedeon go after explosive growth in the region and they need to be capable of handling complex solution sales, dealing with C-Level relationships, whilst potentially monitoring and mentoring a team.
  • Candidates’ previous experience should also include exposure to the importance of intercompany relationships with other critical departments.
  • Identification of new opportunities for the Xpedeon ERP Product suite through market knowledge, customer relationship development and the leveraging of the company’s client network, as well as through targeted marketing campaigns, events and direct calling initiatives.

Location:        Hybrid – homebased and sometime in London office

Salary:            £70K Basic, plus further OTE of £70K – uncapped
