Internal Recruitment Coordinator required to join a thriving Surrey based company that provides support and care throughout the county. The Internal Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process to increase the workforce capacity at Surrey Choices. The Recruitment Coordinator will strive to continuously improve Recruitment and to promote Surrey Choices’ core values in all tasks undertaken.

The organisation offers day and community support services, supported employment, enhanced home living and support, training and skills for independence and a professional social work practice team. The Recruitment Coordinator reports to the HR and Organisational Change Manager.

The organisation offers a generous pay package and benefits and as well as hybrid working / on-site parking. While there is flexible working there is also the need to travel to the organisation’s sites around the county.

Internal Recruitment Coordinator – Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and coordinating all elements of the recruitment process
  • Advertising all vacancies and proactively managing all recruitment campaigns
  • Support managers with screening candidates
  • Post and manage advertisements for all vacancies
  • Work with local managers to identify recruitment needs, ensuring local workforce plans align with staffing budget
  • Managing and coordinating a central Recruitment email account – proactively dealing with queries
  • Assist in developing a Recruitment and Retention Strategy with the HR and Organisational Development Manager
  • Responding to all communication in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting the HR Administrator with the on-boarding process for new colleagues
  • Preparation of regular recruitment statistics and reports and ad hoc data analysis
  • Coordinating and attending recruitment fairs
  • Work with Marketing to design campaigns and promotional activity for recruitment and develop an employer brand presence on mainstream job sites.
  • Working closely with marketing to develop campaigns to promote recruitment adverts.
  • Manage and analyse recruitment data to provide analytics to the HR and Organisational Development manager as required.
  • Any other duties appropriate to the post as required by the manager

Location: Hybrid – Home working and office in Walton, Surrey. Need to visit sites in Surrey
Salary: Up to £27K Plus benefits and on-site parking.
