Plant Hire Administrator

A Plant Hire Administrator is required to join a leading specialist construction company, based at their Bedfont plant depot.  The purpose of the Plant Hire Administrator role is to provide a prompt and efficient service for all stock and hire requirements to the company’s sites.  The company is a key player in developing and maintaining Britain’s built environment and operates in highly regulated environments, making sites ready for new infrastructures and developments.

The Plant Hire Administrator will ideally have good experience of working in tool, plant or lifting equipment hire and will be a competent and confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.  Experience with using COINS construction software would be an advantage.

Selected Tasks of the Plant Hire Administrator

  • Manage all site enquiries received via telephone and email
  • Process all hires, off hires and exchanges
  • Raise internal live hire reports
  • GRN internal/external delivery & collection tickets against purchase orders
  • Update & maintain equipment request onto “Google Sheet”
  • Update and maintain the external “off hire board”
  • Invoice matching against the purchase order in the purchase ledger ERP system

Location:        Bedfont / Ashford / Feltham

Salary:            Circa £25,000 (Depending on Experience)

Start:               ASAP
