We are delighted to be recruiting a Managing/Senior Quantity Surveyor role, for an impressive and growing construction company. The opportunity has arisen, due to the continued growth of the business.
The Managing QS will be able to point to a strong track record of proven success. They will have excellent experience of managing other Quantity Surveyors, preferably on projects that involve direct labour and material requirements, rather than sub-contract packages. The Managing QS will ideally have worked in the area of retail refurbishment / fi-out / shop-fit. He or She will be highly organised and motivated and will have good IT skills and negotiating ability. Knowledge of COINS ERP software would be an advantage.
