- Being flexible. The most suitable candidate for the role may apply at any time during the recruitment process, we advise our clients to keep an open mind regarding deadlines and feel that they are well served by this flexibility.
- Giving us a period of exclusivity on the vacancy. Not only will we give you a price advantage for doing so, but clients will benefit from an enhanced level of service. Far better, to have a truly dedicated agency, giving one hundred percent commitment to the search than to have two or three partially committed consultants. The single agency approach encourages a much greater investment of time and other resources. Using one agency also allows continuity of feedback regarding all of the candidates, thereby enabling the consultant to assist the client in comparative discussion.
