• We are not “yes men” (or women!) – we will give honest, open advice and will say if we feel, for example, that a salary is not pitched at the right level and will advise accordingly.
• In addition to drawing candidates from our growing database, we will advertise our clients’ vacancies widely to ensure that each position is given suitable exposure.
• To ensure that we meet all suitable candidates for a particular position, we will be extremely flexible and diligent.  We will meet candidates at weekends, after work, before work and during their lunch hours.  We will travel to meet those candidates.  We will go the extra mile to find the right person.
• We will keep looking for the best candidate for the position right the way through the recruitment process – we will not rest on our laurels.
• We will price ourselves competitively, not merely to secure new clients but also to reward those that place regular work with us.
