Starting in autumn 2006 as a purely Accountancy and Finance recruitment consultancy, we have now expanded into two other sectors – Sales and Project Management. The move into other areas was prompted by many of our regular clients asking us to apply our disciplined and diligent approach to helping them find quality staff for roles beyond accountancy.

our-promiseWe felt comfortable moving into these areas because we were confident that our method of recruitment, which is both consultative and process driven, would enable us to be successful – and so it has proved. Each role, regardless of the level and the sector is approached with the same method. Each vacancy is worked on by both a Consultant and a Resourcing Partner. They take a detailed brief from the client, advertise their vacancy widely, read and rank each application as it comes in, carry out first telephone and then face to face interviews, before presenting the client with a qualified shortlist. We then work with the client through the interview, feedback exchange and offer process to help secure the best person.

In Accountancy and Finance we have recruited at all levels from a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to an ACA Qualified Managing Director. In Sales we have recruited complete teams from Telesales to Business Development Managers. In Project Management we carried out one particular assignment where we helped find four Project Managers for one blue chip transport operator, for their capital construction team.
