Leading Logistics, Mailing and Fulfilment company require an experienced, relationship driven Head of Account Management. You will lead and manage a team of 6 outstanding Account Managers who work with an impressive client list to the value of £5million. You will be responsible for each individual’s development as well as being client facing and working on key client account development.
Critical to your success will be your drive and determination, leadership and strategic ability, commercial approach and outstanding people and client management skills. You will be ambitious, creative and hard working.
Responsibilities and Essential Skills:
- Provide and administer a personal development plan for each Account Manager within the team
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience from within the industry, with demonstrable success of high level account management and successful development
- Experience within Mailing and Fulfilment / Mailing Solutions is essential
