They have a new opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Conformance Project Manager to be part of the key management team and lead the LTE Test Case Development team. This is a team who are responsible for the development of the company’s signalling protocol tester and therefore an excellent knowledge of the wireless protocol stack and 3GPP standards is required.

This is a position which requires strong Project and People management skills along with software and technical ability.

You will be expected to travel to the offshore development team on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the onshore and offshore teams to deliver new and future tst cases conformant
    to the 3GPP specifications
  • Delivery of new test case batches and maintenance deliveries quarterly
  • Coaching and developing of team members in order to ensure a consistent team of high performers
  • Managing the interface with internal and external customers
  • Management of project cost, milestones and delivery to approved plan
  • Manage the development for project management framework
  • Responsible for reporting to senior management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Assisting with technical contributions to the pre sales process

The Client Project Manager will maintain end to end accountability for the project(s) including the management of safety, cost, time, quality and performance.  You will be responsible for planning, leading and managing the project to ensure an integrated, sustainable and effective solution is delivered, whilst ensuring compliance to the sustainability requirements. 

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification in an appropriate discipline
  • Professional qualifications (membership of an appropriate institution) or other evidence to demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal development
  • Experience in a range of capital / revenue projects with a clear understanding or project management, particularly APM
  • Excellent communication / presentation skills; relationship / stakeholder management is central to this position
  • Proven track record in the planning and implementation of complex projects, within a live operational environment, with multiple stakeholder interfaces
  • Experience of commercial and contractual environment
