Description: Our client is a leading handset and network tester. They have a new opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Conformance Project Manager to be part of the key management team and lead the LTE Test Case Development team. This is a team who are responsible for the development of the company’s signalling protocol tester and therefore an excellent knowledge of the wireless protocol stack and 3GPP standards is required.

This is a position which requires strong Project and People management skills along with software and technical ability.

You will be expected to travel to the offshore development team on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the onshore and offshore teams to deliver new and future tst cases conformant
    to the 3GPP specifications
  • Delivery of new test case batches and maintenance deliveries quarterly
  • Coaching and developing of team members in order to ensure a consistent team of high performers
  • Managing the interface with internal and external customers
  • Management of project cost, milestones and delivery to approved plan
  • Manage the development for project management framework
  • Responsible for reporting to senior management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Assisting with technical contributions to the pre sales process
